Adrian: Yeah, the videos are a simple baseline to work from.

Learn That Language Now: Sure, I'll toss you an email shortly.

Bunni: I was able to find a few handwrittein letters on Google Images by searching for "russian letter" and "russian handwritten letter." If those won't work, let me know; I have a book that has an example of a handwritten letter, and I can scan it for you.

Do you have any (free) links where I might see paragraphs or pages of Russian Cyrillic cursive? I'm trying to teach myself how to pen cursive like a Russian native.

As expected, there are differences between the methods used by the two sources. Of course, it would be surprising if this were not the case - the Roman/English alphabet can be written in all sorts of ways (<a href="http://outerhoard.files.wordpress.com/2006/11/handwriting-dynamic.gif" rel="nofollow">here's mine</a>) and there's no reason why Cyrillic writing would be any more uniform. If I had more patience I might look through all the videos and count how many of the letters are different from the illustrations on the Brown University page in some way.

Hey thanks mate! I actually struggled with Cyrillic handwriting for a while, although my Assimil book point's out how it has to be done. Again, thanks!
