Not dead.

No, I’ve not died, nor have I fallen off the planet. I’m just in the midst of being defeated by far too many papers at the university. Regular Language Geeking shall resume at some point in the near future.

    Here’s a piece of friendly advice. If you don’t have time to write, that’s fine, your readers won’t abandon you instantaneously. But if you clutter our feed readers with posts like this with zero content, there is a certain temptation to push the unsubscribe button. … Keep up the good work! :)

    I dunno. If we got a daily update that there was no update, that would be one thing. An occasional status update strikes me as fine. Especially if you maintain a site of your own with a blogroll, it’s nice to know about other bloggers’ plans to rejoin the conversation.
